"Best juice bar in SoHo — the ginger tonic is life-changing."
— NYC Food Weekly
In 2014, two friends walked past the same bodega on Sullivan Street every morning, watched the same fluorescent-lit display case, and decided something had to change.
Blame The Juice opened six months later with a used cold-press machine, a secondhand espresso maker, and a sourdough starter named after a song. Twelve years on, we're still pressing to order, still baking at dawn, and still the kind of place where regulars know your name before you do.
Every ingredient is sourced from farms within three hours of the city when possible. Every loaf is fermented long enough to matter. And every glass is poured with the kind of attention you'd give a friend.
Marble counters, morning light, and the kind of energy that only comes from a kitchen that's been running since 5 AM.
